Job Description

As a key leader within Bosch Home Comfort Group, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Residential Coils and Air Handlers. This position is responsible for building, leading, and inspiring high-performing engineering teams dedicated to innovative product design and development. You will drive the successful execution of major development initiatives, champion engineering excellence, and ensure strong alignment with strategic business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Innovation – Drive the design and development of next-generation coil and air handler products by integrating advanced technologies, optimizing designs, and enhancing manufacturing processes.

Develop Talent – Mentor and grow engineering teams, strengthening both technical expertise and program management capabilities.

Own Resource Strategy – Define and manage project resources, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and financial goals.

Advance Engineering Excellence – Apply and evolve both standard and specialized engineering principles to elevate product performance and innovation.

Collaborate Across Functions – Partner closely with manufacturing, procurement, and product management to evaluate feasibility, cost, and market opportunities.

Drive Financial Stewardship – Forecast and manage operational budgets for engineering and development programs.

Set Direction and Expectations – Establish clear goals, strategies, and performance expectations that enable teams to succeed and excel.

Leverage System Expertise – Maintain deep knowledge of ducted systems and understand the broader organizational impact of engineering decisions.
