Responsibilities
- Support the production concessions of aircraft structure
- Responsible for the creation of quality solutions in a timely manner from a design point of view
- Performing design efforts for both metallic and non-metallic parts
- Working in close collaboration with stress colleagues to provide solutions
- Ensuring the safety, efficiency, and regulatory compliance while adhering to the terms of the concession
- Bachelor of Science (BS) Degree in Engineering (Aero, Civil, Mechanical) with a strong curriculum emphasis on structural design and analysis and mechanics of materials
- 9 years total experience in design/analysis with airframe structures
- In-depth knowledge of technical principles of engineering
- Applied knowledge of technical documentation, techniques and procedures
- Strong computer background, including MS Office application experience (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Suite application experience (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail)
- Authorized to Work in the US
- Working knowledge of all Airbus Structures
