Thunderhawk Technology Partners is hiring a Manufacturing Engineer / Repair Design Engineer for our leading Aerospace & Defense client.
Manufacturing Engineer to support aerospace production non-conformance, shop floor issues, aircraft parts manufacturing, repair implementation, and coordination with engineering and quality teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Experience in manufacturing engineering, aircraft parts/assembly, production support to nonconformance parts of Aero structures metallic and/or composite structures
- Exposure to Repair Design process, drawings, GD&T, CATIA V5, design/change control, and configuration management.
Repair Design Engineer to support aerostructures non-conformance disposition, repair design, discrepant hardware evaluation, repair concepts, technical substantiation, and repair documentation.
Key Responsibilities:- Experience in Repair design with CATIA V5 and GD&T of Aero structures metallic and/or composite structures,
- Engineering release/change control, repair substantiation
- Coordinate with Manufacturing, Quality, Stress, Design, and Certification teams.
