Ennovar is hiring a student assistant to work onsite with Integra Technologies in Wichita, Kansas. This role offers hands-on experience supporting environmental testing, hardware development, production troubleshooting, and electronic component reliability.

Schedule: Part-time; based on class schedule

What Youll Do :

Set up environmental testing hardware and verify production test results
Troubleshoot environmental setup and production issues
Collect, format, and analyze testing data for engineering review
Document findings, perform calculations, and present results to engineering staff
Assist with hardware assembly and soldering from schematics
Support environmental stress testing programs for electronic components
Collaborate with engineering, customer service, production, and shipping teams
Follow technical instructions, specifications, and procedures accurately
Apply analytical and mathematical skills to evaluate component reliability

Preferred Qualifications:

Currently pursuing a degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical/Computer Engineering
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify small defects
Comfortable interpreting technical data and performing calculations
Effective communication and collaboration skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and follow detailed technical instructions
Basic soldering or hardware assembly experience preferred
Comfortable lifting and handling equipment weighing 5 pounds or more
A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
