Note:Applicants must have a Professional Engineer (PE) license and at least 6+ years of municipal transportation engineering experience.

Job Description

  • Lead municipal transportation engineering projects from planning through construction.
  • Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Manage project teams while mentoring engineers and technical staff.
  • Coordinate with municipalities, government agencies, contractors, and stakeholders.
  • Prepare proposals, scopes of work, and cost estimates.
  • Oversee project budgets, contracts, schedules, and funding coordination.
  • Ensure quality deliverables and regulatory compliance.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships while supporting business development initiatives.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to deliver successful infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, or related field.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
  • 6+ years of municipal transportation engineering experience.
  • Strong project management and client relationship skills.
  • Experience managing project budgets, schedules, and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
