We are partnering with a well-established, midsized engineering consulting firm seeking a Structural Drafter to join a collaborative and growing team. The Structural Drafter will be responsible for developing and maintaining detailed structural drawings and 3D models using Revit and AutoCAD. This individual will support a variety of projects ranging from commercial and industrial facilities to aviation and infrastructure-related work, gaining hands-on experience across multiple engineering disciplines.

• Develop detailed structural drawings and models utilizing Revit in accordance with project requirements and industry standards.
• Prepare and update structural plans, sections, details, and construction documents to support engineering and design efforts.
• Utilize AutoCAD to create and revise drawings as needed throughout project life cycles.
• Collaborate closely with structural engineers, architects, designers, and project teams to translate design concepts into accurate construction documents.
• Support projects across multiple industries, including civil, structural, architectural, industrial, and aerospace sectors.
• Maintain accuracy, quality, and consistency of all drawings, ensuring adherence to company and client standards.
• Assist with document management, drawing revisions, and quality control reviews.
• Incorporate feedback from engineering teams and coordinate updates efficiently throughout project execution.

• Experience as a Structural Drafter with proficiency in Revit and structural modeling.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD and drafting best practices.
• Understanding of structural design principles and construction documentation.
• Ability to work on a variety of project types and adapt to differing client and industry requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality deliverables.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills within multidisciplinary project teams.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $45.00/hr individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
