Job Overview

Join National Dentex - a leading healthcare organization specializing in the dental industry! We offer a full spectrum of specialized products, services, and technologies to address any dental restoration need. We have several labs throughout the country.

NDX Pearce Turk Dental Lab, Wichita, KS. Regular hours are from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, subject to change as needed.

• Answering and distributing incoming calls in a professional and friendly manner.
• Schedule & invoice incoming work.
• Coordinate pick‑up and delivery requests.
• Utilize and operate case tracking software.
• Change codes, dates, or other information on work cards and route cases to appropriate departments.
• Utilize Fed Ex Manager and UPS Worldship to ship cases.
• Inventory management.
• Safety & compliance.
• All other duties as assigned.

• Must read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Personable individual with good oral communication skills.
• Data entry and computer skills.
• Excellent listening skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Customer service focused.

• High‑school diploma or GED equivalent.

• Sitting for long periods of time.
