SummaryWe are seeking a detail‑oriented and experienced BSA Analyst to join our compliance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in BSA‑AML regulations, sanctions screening, and risk assessment to help ensure our organization meets all regulatory requirements and mitigates financial crime risks effectively.

Location:
Wichita, KS (On‑Site)
- Conduct thorough BSA‑AML investigations and risk reviews to identify suspicious activities
- Prepare and file Currency Transaction Reports (CTRs) and Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) in compliance with FinCEN regulations
- Perform sanctions screening and monitor transactions against government watchlists
- Serve as a Patriot Act Officer, ensuring compliance with anti‑terrorism regulations
- Utilize Verafin and other AML software tools to analyze and document findings
- Conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) reviews on high‑risk clients
- Collaborate with internal teams and external regulators to support audits and examinations
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of regulatory changes and industry best practices
- Bachelor’s degree
- Strong knowledge of sanctions programs and regulatory requirements
- Experience preparing and filing CTRs and SARs in accordance with FinCEN guidelines
- Familiarity with Patriot Act regulations and responsibilities as a Patriot Officer
- Proficiency with AML software such as Verafin
- Solid understanding of KYC and EDD processes
- Excellent analytical, investigative, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment
- Minimum of 2‑3 years experience in BSA/AML compliance or related field
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Criminal Justice, Business, or related field
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CAMS) are a plus
