What You Will Be Responsible ForYou will be successful in this role if you can:
Support ERP implementation from an accounting perspective
Partner with accounting, IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, support user acceptance testing, assist with training, and document accounting processes within the new ERP system.Maintain accurate financial reporting during system transition
Perform and support month‑end close activities, including journal entries and reconciliations, while ensuring accuracy and compliance across both legacy and new systems.Deliver meaningful financial reports
Work closely with business leaders to design and deliver clear, insightful financial reports that explain performance using data from the newly implemented system.Protect data integrity across systems
Support consolidation, reconciliation, and validation of financial data during the transition period to ensure consistent and reliable financial results.Improve accounting processes and efficiency
Participate in initiatives focused on process improvement, automation, and data transformation to make accounting and reporting more efficient and scalable.
This role offers strong visibility across the organization and exposure to system implementation, data transformation, and cross‑functional collaboration. High performers are often given broader scope, additional project leadership opportunities, and clear paths for advancement.

What Typically Makes Someone Successful Here- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Three or more years of relevant accounting experience
- Experience with data transformation, ERP projects, or process improvement
- Ability to build effective working relationships across teams
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to handle confidential financial and employee information
