Financial Manager

Overview

College Hill OB/GYN is looking for a dynamic leader to manage the financial health of this leading women's health group in Wichita, Kansas.

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Financial Manager for a 6-physician OB/GYN office located in Wichita, Kansas. The Financial Manager will oversee financial operations of the practice. Key responsibilities include financial reporting, accounts payable, cost control, payroll oversight, benchmarking and KPI analysis, marketing and strategic planning. The ideal candidate will identify opportunities to optimize overall financial performance within the organization.

• Strong financial management skills including: financial reporting, data gathering, financial analysis, accounts payable and payroll.
• Proficiency in EMR and Excel spreadsheet applications.
• Knowledge of healthcare billing and coding, including medical insurance claims and coding.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance requirements and insurance contracting.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills
• Strong communication skills to provide financial insights to physician leaders and feedback to staff.
• Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; CPA or MBA a plus.
• Previous experience in financial management, preferably in the healthcare or medical practice industry.
