**** The Job:
** As a Senior Financial Analyst, you’ll be part of our Finance Team working as a on-site employee.
You’ll get to:
* Support the Plant Manager & Operations team to drive partnership within business.
* Instrumental in creation of plant financial budget, forecasts & reporting – plant productivity/ efficiencies.
* Drive plant productivity and provide tracking + reporting.
* Assist with capital budgeting, forecasting and reporting process.
* Prepare plant overhead cost studies/annual cost roll and ongoing cost analysis for the business and operations.
* Assist in inventory management and cycle counting process, including annual physical inventory.
* Participate in month-end close process, SOX compliance, and internal audit requirements.
** The Person:
*** A degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
* 3+ years manufacturing finance.
* Strong analytic and communication skills.
* Ability to independently manage multiple tasks in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
* Highly proficient in MS Excel, a working knowledge of ERP (QAD), financial reporting systems (Hyperion/HFM, BA&R a plus).
* Experience with Operations and Supply Chain Management including planning, procurement, manufacturing, and distribution.
