Garver is seeking a motivated individual to join our Finance Team. The role supports Garver’s Project Managers and Finance Team, and offers growth potential within the organization.

• Work directly with Project Managers to set up projects and budgets according to contract specifications.
• Maintain accurate records within the ERP for project details, budgets, and invoices.
• Generate monthly billing packets for Project Manager review.
• Handle client billing.
• Document client-related procedures, deadlines, and guidelines.
• Document Project Manager preferences related to billing.
• Efficiently manage and record monthly project reports.
• Provide financial reporting upon Project Manager request.
• Pro‑actively monitor AR and WIP aging and address them with assigned Project Managers.
• Collaborate with Garver technical leaders or Finance staff for special projects as needed.
• Aid other Finance Team members as requested.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• 3‑5 years of billing or accounting experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Strong mathematical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Problem‑solving mindset and high motivation.
• Proven experience using ERP systems or specialized billing software.

The successful candidate will work independently and collaboratively, demonstrating a service‑oriented approach, confidence in decision‑making, and effective time‑management.
