Your Job

Molex is hiring a Finance Manager, Transfer Pricing (TP) to join the TP Finance team. You will own margin management across global entities, use data to align performance with transfer pricing targets, and support strong financial outcomes. Your responsibilities include leading core processes such as margin monitoring, reporting, quarterly updates, and partnering with IT and data teams to improve and automate workflows.

You will translate complex financial data into clear insights, support audits, and provide well‑documented analysis for external stakeholders.

What You Will Do
  • Own margin management across multiple legal entities and TP segments, evaluate performance versus target, and recommend actions to stay aligned.
  • Lead recurring reporting and dashboards (month‑end/quarterly packs), including variance and trend analysis, driver commentary, and escalation of outliers or data quality issues.
  • Lead quarterly TP rate updates by gathering inputs, validating data, performing reasonableness checks, and communicating impacts and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Partner with forecasting teams, Tax, Treasury, controllers, and business FBPs to improve understanding of legal entity functions and the value they provide.
  • Verify completeness and timeliness of expected TP‑related postings and invoices, investigate exceptions, and coordinate resolution with Finance Solutions, legal entities/controllers, and IT as needed.
  • Drive process improvement and automation initiatives by documenting requirements, testing outputs, and creating sustainable controls.
  • Make transfer pricing decisions that influence US GAAP and statutory P&Ls and explain those impacts clearly to internal stakeholders and external auditors.
Success Measures / Key Deliverables
  • Timely, accurate recurring reporting and clear variance commentary that enables decision‑making across multiple stakeholders.
  • Proactive identification of margin risks and well‑supported recommendations that keep entities aligned to TP targets.
  • Reduced rework and fewer post‑close adjustments through improved inputs, controls, and issue resolution.
  • Documented, repeatable processes and improved automation of key work papers and data pipelines.
  • Strong partnership, credibility, and responsiveness with global stakeholders including Tax, Treasury, accounting teams, controllers/legal entities, and business FBPs.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
  • Ability to analyze large datasets, build structured reporting, and deliver actionable insights.
  • Advanced Excel skills (data manipulation, pivots, formulas, scalable models).
  • Experience with variance analysis and communicating drivers to finance and non‑finance audiences.
  • Experience partnering with IT/data teams on system/process improvements (requirements, testing, controls, documentation).
  • Strong independent judgment with ability to influence global, cross‑functional stakeholders.
  • Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills across teams and regions.
What Will Put You Ahead
  • Manager‑level finance, transfer pricing, or similar experience; ownership of cross‑functional work streams or readiness to step up from senior analyst.
  • Experience with SAP and finance tools (e.g., Analysis for Office, One Stream, COPA).
  • Analytics/visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and/or automation tools (e.g., Alteryx, Power Query).
  • SQL and experience with modern data platforms (e.g., Snowflake).
  • Exposure to AI/automation in finance (prompt‑based analysis, data checks, automated commentary) and ability to learn new tools.
  • Understanding of intercompany accounting (billing, eliminations, markup methods).
  • Experience in transfer pricing and/or global manufacturing/supply chain finance.
Compensation

Estimated range: $100,000–$120,000 per year. Eligible for variable pay presented as a monetary bonus or in another form.

Benefits

  • Flexible spending and health savings accounts.
  • Life insurance, accidental death & dismemberment, disability, retirement plans.
