• Develop and expand a diverse loan portfolio through proactive business development, networking, and community involvement
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while identifying opportunities to deepen and grow accounts
• Analyze financial statements, assess credit risk, and structure loan solutions across commercial, real estate, SBA, consumer, and equipment lending
• Cross‑sell banking products and services to support overall relationship growth
• Stay informed on market trends, economic conditions, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal credit policies
• Collaborate with leadership and internal teams to deliver a high‑touch, customer‑focused experience
• Resolve complex lending issues, negotiate terms, and make sound credit recommendations

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field
• 5+ years of lending experience within a financial institution
• Proven success in business development and relationship management
• Formal commercial credit training required (Graduate School of Banking preferred)
• Strong financial analysis, underwriting, and portfolio management skills
• Knowledge of lending regulations, policies, and market dynamics
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and financial systems
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client‑facing skills
