Job Overview

This position is for a Mortgage Loan Originator based in Wichita, Kansas. You will consult with clients to assess their needs, recommend suitable lending solutions, aid in completing loan applications, and collaborate with our Operations team throughout the loan process.

• Consult with clients to assess their needs and recommend appropriate lending solutions.
• Assist clients in completing complete loan applications.
• Coordinate throughout the loan process with the Operations team.

• At least three years of direct sales experience.
• Proven track record of generating at minimum $15 million annually in self‑sourced residential loan volume.
• Retail producer with a strong reputation in the industry and among referral sources.
• Exceptional customer service skills, strong communication abilities, and a high level of professionalism.

• Base salary of $50,000 per year with commissions drawn on earned commission.
• 401(k), health, dental, and vision insurance, and paid time off.
