PositionSunflower Bank, N.A. is seeking an energetic, highly motivated individual to fill the full‑time Wealth Management Account Administrator position at our Wichita, KS location.
Responsibilities- Administration of agency and custodial account relationships
- Account reviews
- Trade and asset allocation changes
- Transaction processing: coordinate money movements, wires, transfers, disbursements, and contributions
- Client servicing
- Maintain and manage client accounts, ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant
- Assist in onboarding new clients, prepare and review onboarding forms, and ensure a smooth transition of accounts and services
- Attend regularly scheduled Wealth Management team meetings
- Work with other wealth team members to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly goals
- Effectively manage time by prioritizing urgent tasks
- Attend all training as requested to increase administration knowledge
- Perform the job in accordance with applicable industry laws and regulations as well as the policies and procedures established by the company
- Responsible for upholding Fair and Responsible Banking practices and Code of Ethics and Conduct guidelines
- Understand and participate in the Bank’s Community Reinvestment Act program
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or another related field preferred
