Sedgwick is seeking a Collections Specialist to manage a complex portfolio of accounts receivable, driving timely payments and reducing bad debt. You will apply advanced collections strategies, evaluate risk, and resolve escalated issues with independence.
You will mentor junior staff, monitor aging reports, preserve client relationships, and partner with Billing, Pricing, and Operations to improve end‑to‑end AR processes. A bachelor’s degree and 5 years of related experience are preferred.
