Job Overview
Join our Retail team in Wichita as a teller. Our teller position is great for a seasoned retail banker or for someone just beginning their banking career. The Retail team is the face of the bank, focused on building quality relationships, offering helpful product and service solutions, and protecting the financial security of our clients.
ResponsibilitiesAs a teller, you will provide services to help meet client needs, including processing and verifying teller transactions, performing account maintenance, and opening new personal and business accounts.
QualificationsStrong customer service abilities, clear communication, problem‑solving, patience, confidentiality, diplomacy, teamwork, consistency, logical thinking, and adaptability. Training will be provided.
Schedule & CompensationFull‑time, Monday through Friday. Wages start at $15–$18 per hour. Employee benefits include 401k, health, dental, vision insurance, and paid time off.
