Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients as they enter the branch and managing lobby flow with a tablet;
Provide account servicing and maintenance and open new accounts while adhering to policies and regulatory requirements;
Educate and assist clients with day-to-day banking transactions and digital banking tools (Chase Mobile App, , ATMs);
Build meaningful relationships with clients by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge with team collaboration;
Perform branch operations including handling cash devices such as the cash vault and ATM while following bank procedures
