Clear Plan Consulting is seeking a Program Financial Analyst / Tool SME to support Earned Value Management activities for government contracts. Occasional travel up to 25% is required; oversight of EVMS, cost control and performance measurement will be core responsibilities.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Deltek Cobra, Oracle, and/or Microsoft toolsets, strong Excel/MS Office proficiency, and US citizenship with DoD clearance preferred. Competitive salary and benefits offered.
