The candidate for this position will be responsible for:
- Managing the process of new business development, including participating and/or leading calling efforts on existing and potential customers
- Managing the commercial banking team that services an existing portfolio of commercial loans, and other commercial services, to ensure all relationships are risk-rated appropriately and meet compliance and regulator policies.
- Providing direction and support to the commercial lending staff to increase the effectiveness of the department and enhance individual performance.
- Potentially managing a small portfolio of clients.
Requirements for the position include:
- Bachelor's degree (may be waived in lieu of experience)
- Minimum of 5 years of commercial credit and loan administration experience
- Minimum of 5 years management/supervisory experience
- Proven track record in sales management
- Financial and analytical skills with the ability to rapidly assimilate complex information.
