This is a full-time, on-site Esthetician role based in Wichita, KS. The Esthetician will be responsible for performing professional beauty services, including skin care, hair removal, and other esthetic treatments. Additional responsibilities include building strong client relationships, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, recommending products and services, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences. The Esthetician will contribute to the collaborative team environment, upholding the salon’s mission of providing superior customer service and innovative beauty care.

• Experience and proficiency in lash extension, lash lift and skincare services are a plus but not required
• Eagerness to grow and learn in a thriving environment
• Strong Customer Service abilities, including effective communication and client care
• Sales skills with the ability to recommend and promote products tailored to client needs
• State licensure as an Esthetician or Cosmetologist
• Commitment to continuous learning and skill-building in the esthetic and beauty industry
