Missouri Licensed Outbound Call Advocate

A company is looking for an Outbound Call Advocate.

Key Responsibilities Educate callers on self-service resources and their health care coverage responsibilities Demonstrate knowledge of health care terminology and applicable products/services Ensure compliance with legal/regulatory requirements and provide referrals to appropriate resources

Required Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required;
Associate's Degree preferred 1-year prior experience in an office or call center setting preferred, but not required Ability to build rapport and translate complex healthcare information into simple instructions Proficient conflict management skills and ability to work under stress Flexibility to work scheduled shifts, including training and possible overtime
