Clinical Documentation Supervisor

A company is looking for a Supervisor, Clinical Documentation Integrity (CDI) - Remote.

Key Responsibilities Supervise daily operations of the Clinical Documentation Integrity team and ensure compliance with standards Provide training and education to Clinical Documentation Specialists to enhance their skills and optimize software use Collaborate with clinicians and coding staff to ensure accurate clinical documentation and proper DRG assignment

Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Health Information Management, Healthcare related field, or Nursing Current RN License, RHIA, RHIT, CCS, or equivalent medical qualifications Minimum of five years of experience in clinical documentation integrity, with two years in a supervisory role Thorough knowledge of CMS regulations, coding guidelines, and DRG reimbursement Demonstrated expertise with 3M CDI Software and working knowledge of Epic EMR preferred
