We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our hospitality team. Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain guest rooms according to hotel standards, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies
• Ensure all linens, towels, and amenities are stocked and properly organized
• Report any maintenance issues or damages to management promptly
• Follow safety and sanitation policies to ensure a hygienic environment
• Assist guests with special requests and provide excellent customer service
• Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as hallways, elevators, and lobbies as needed
• Complete cleaning checklists and documentation accurately and efficiently

Skills and

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in hospitality or cleaning services preferred but not required
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor
• Physical stamina and mobility to perform cleaning duties
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures
