Sr Recruiter

The Sr Recruiter will utilize practical recruiting techniques, carry a full desk to source and screen talent to fill immediate openings as well as pipeline for future opportunities. The Sr Recruiter will work towards fulfilling both individual performance goals as well as contribute to the overall success of the business center. This position is a career path progression from a Recruiter and can prepare the ideal candidate to become a Principle Recruiter.

Responsibilities
  • Consistently demonstrates a track record in execution of full life cycle recruitment (source, screen, submit, pipeline, etc), policies and guidelines, and client service objectives. A successful candidate in this role has a track record in meeting ramp or productivity goals. Operates proficiently in filling various types of jobs in various industries. Provides support and takes initiative through the interview process, including performing the necessary screening requirements and through the offer phase.

    Operates with limited input from supervisor.
  • Assigned as mentor's to Recruiters. Grow with Yoh SME or Learning SME.
  • Demonstrates a high aptitude toward influencing desired outcomes through negotiation and candidate control. Maintains an ongoing pipeline of relevant passive and active relationships with exceptional talent to lessen time-to-fill and increase quality of job fills.
  • Particpate in creation of sourcing strategy by recommending ideas to satisfy client requirements. Highly proficient in leveraging online recruiting resources including job boards, professional affiliations, niche sites, social networking, etc.

    The Recruiter 3 should research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent.
  • Works with internal stakeholders to clarify job specifications in order to fulfill client needs.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.
KSAs (Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities)
  • Knowledgeable of leading search practices
  • Excellent communication skills both witten and verbal
  • Possess knowledge of full life-cycle recruiting components
  • Negotiation and sales skills
  • Intermediate proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's preferred or equivalent experience
  • Five - ten years of experience
  • AIRS preferred;
    Yoh Certified Recruiter (YCR)
