Talent Acquisition SpecialistWe are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist who will take ownership of sourcing, attracting, and hiring high-quality talent across the organization. This individual will play a crucial role in shaping the candidate experience by ensuring every applicant receives timely communication, clear guidance, and a professional recruitment journey from first contact through onboarding.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIESKey Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, job fairs and referrals.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for open positions.
- Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the role.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Facilitate the selection process, including administering assessments, conducting reference checks, and extending job offers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to manage candidate pipelines and track recruitment metrics.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously improve recruitment processes.
- Produces daily and weekly reports regarding recruitment endeavors Keeps employment records for future utilization.
- Assist with other related tasks and projects as needed.

- Strong understanding of recruitment principles and practices.

- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- High level of professionalism and integrity.
