Position Overview

This is a Full‑Time position for a Talent Acquisition Specialist. You will take ownership of sourcing, attracting, and hiring high‑quality talent across the organization and play a crucial role in shaping the candidate experience by ensuring every applicant receives timely communication, clear guidance, and a professional recruitment journey from first contact through onboarding. Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, job fairs, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for open positions.
- Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Facilitate the selection process, including administering assessments, conducting reference checks, and extending job offers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to manage candidate pipelines and track recruitment metrics.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously improve recruitment processes.
- Produce daily and weekly reports regarding recruitment endeavors; keep employment records for future utilization.
- Assist with other related tasks and projects as needed.
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Recruiter, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of recruitment principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proficiency in using ATS and other recruitment tools.
- High level of professionalism and integrity.
- Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based.
- Must be willing to submit up to a Level II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint. Job offers are contingent on background/security investigation results.
- Must be willing to submit to drug screening. Job offers are contingent on drug screening results (does not apply in Canada).

This job operates in a professional office environment. The employee will be largely sedentary, required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset.
