Responsibilities- Recruit staff
- Process new hire paperwork and conduct onboarding
- Manage employee relations
- Handle workers' compensation
- Administer FMLA
- Submit payroll time cards
- Maintain knowledge of company benefits
- Work in cooperation with PMMA Human Resources
- Consult with Regional Human Resources Director or corporate Human Resources regarding policies, procedures, and terminations
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or human resources preferred
- Computer proficiency in Word and Excel, and ability to learn HRIS programs
