What You Will Do- Collaborate with internal business and operational teams to identify data‑driven business opportunities
- Work with our corporate data teams to make datasets from different sources widely accessible for business use, promoting a data‑driven culture
- Utilize tools such as Alteryx to process and transform large volumes of structured and unstructured data, creating valuable dataset views
- Develop new work processes to enhance data quality and availability objectives
- Generate actionable insights and aid decision‑making through the creation of Business Intelligence reports using tools like Spotfire, Power
BI, or Tableau - Partner with our corporate IT/DT network teams to advance data pipeline and automation strategies
- 2+ years of experience in data analytics, data engineering, or a related role
- Experience with Power Platform (Power
BI, Power Apps, Power Automate), Tableau, or Alteryx - Experience with Power Query Formula M, Power Fx, SQL, Python, or DAX
- This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship
- Bachelor's Degree in computer science, data science/data analytics, business, statistics, mathematics, or engineering
- Experience in a petroleum refinery or chemical manufacturing facility
- Technical coding skills and knowledge in data/programming languages like SAS, R, or Java Script
- Experience with API integration
- Experience with PI Vision or Seeq
- Experience with financial or ERP systems and databases
- Experience with LIMS platforms (Thermo Scientific Sample Manager LIMS preferred)
- Experience with laboratory workflows, data management, and system integrations within a LIMS environment
