Job Description:

• Design, develop, and implement Net Suite customizations based on business requirements, including custom fields, records, scripts (Suite Script 1.0, 2.0, 2.1), workflows (Suite Flow), and reports (Suite Analytics).
• Develop and maintain integrations between Net Suite and third-party applications using Suite Talk, RESTlets, Rest Ful APIs, or other integration methods.
• Collaborate with IT to follow a standard Change Management process using Net Suite Sandboxes for testing and deployments.
• Provide technical support for Net Suite users, troubleshoot system issues, and resolve user inquiries.
• Perform regular system maintenance tasks, including data backups, updates, and performance monitoring.
• Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of Net Suite customizations, configurations, and processes.
• Preview Net Suite updates and new features, noting any potential impacts on customizations.
• Work collaboratively with other IT team members, business stakeholders, and external vendors to achieve project goals.
• Follow Net Suite architecture and development best practices.
• Ability to learn and code in the rebate management system (Solve Xia) is preferred.
