ITProject Manager

As an IT Technical Project Manager
, you’ll lead the planning, coordination, and execution of technology initiatives across the organization. You’ll partner with management and key stakeholders to identify project needs, define scope, and prioritize work based on impact, resources, and timelines—ensuring deliverables meet both quality standards and business objectives
.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in an IT environment
• Formal project management training and/or certification
  , such as PMP, CAPM, Agile, or Scrum
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Strong attention to detail
• Highly organized, focused, and results-oriented
• Problem-solving mindset with strong critical thinking and prioritization skills
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

• Project management experience with ERP business systems such as D365 F& SCM or CE
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in regulated or compliance-driven industries
• Project management experience in a manufacturing environment
• Familiarity with change management and organizational readiness concepts

• Preferred education:
  
  Bachelor’s degree in IT
  , Computer Science or related field
• Preferred experience level: 5+ years in IT project management

• Job responsibilities include leading IT-supported initiatives such as:
  • Software implementations
  • Cloud migrations
  • Cybersecurity
  • Infrastructure
• You’ll facilitate scoping sessions, define objectives and success criteria, and identify project overlaps/interdependencies to implement mitigation strategies.
• You’ll coordinate testing/validation expectations, develop and maintain prioritized project plans, schedules, milestones, and resource allocations.
• You will support change control
  , stakeholder engagement, and project governance—including required documentation and compliance support.
