Position: Configuration Analyst - Scheduling Management (Hybrid Kansas City, MO office)

As an intermediate consultant with the Oracle Health Configuration Center, you will play a key role in configuring the Oracle Health Scheduling Management systems for external client projects. You will work directly with clients and internal teams to ensure systems are configured to meet project needs, providing technical expertise and troubleshooting support throughout the process.

Visa and Security Clearance

U.S. citizenship is required. The role requires passing a Public Trust security clearance. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Drug testing and proof of required immunizations are also required.

Responsibilities
  • Configure Oracle Health Scheduling Management systems for external client implementations.
  • Assist in preparation and structuring of data for system configuration.
  • Collaborate with internal project teams to communicate configuration status, project timelines, and updates, ensuring alignment with project goals.
  • Verify configuration requests and quickly resolve or escalated issues.
  • Balance configuration ownership across multiple clients, ensuring high standards and adherence to project deadlines.
  • Independently complete complex system configurations and contribute to process improvements.
  • Document work thoroughly; maintain processes using preferred tools and platforms.
  • Act as escalation point for complex configuration issues, delivering resolutions and driving problem-solving efforts.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to Configuration Analysts, offering coaching, mentoring, and training.
  • Continuously identify and implement process improvements to optimize workflow and efficiency.
Qualifications
  • 0-5 years of experience in relevant functional or technical roles.
  • Experience with Oracle Health Scheduling Management systems is preferred but not required.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; product or technical expertise in healthcare practice management and scheduling systems preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with team members and clients.
Desired Skills
  • Ability to navigate complex system configurations independently and efficiently.
  • Proficiency with configuration tools, system documentation practices, and troubleshooting methodologies.
  • Proven track record of managing and resolving complex configuration challenges in a timely manner.
  • Capacity for identifying new process improvements and implementing changes to enhance team productivity and system functionality.

  • Willingness to travel up to 20% for client engagements and project needs.
  • Flexibility to work additional or irregular hours as required, in compliance with local regulations.

Benefits and Compensation

Hiring Range: USD $25.48 – $63.65 per hour; $53,000 – $132,400 per year. Potential bonus and equity.
