Overview
This role is at Spirit Aero Systems, Inc. a wholly owned subsidiary of The Boeing Company, supporting Spirit’s Commercial Business Units (“Spirit Commercial”). Spirit Commercial designs and builds commercial aerostructures, including for Boeing Commercial Airplanes, one of Boeing’s three business units and the premier manufacturer of commercial jetliners for decades. Spirit Commercial’s core products include fuselages, pylons, nacelles and wing components, with a focus on innovative composite and aluminium manufacturing solutions.
ResponsibilitiesPosition Responsibilities:
- Leads and directs the development and maintenance of the business process architecture for business process improvement strategies and initiatives.
- Acquires, develops, deploys, and uses business process architecture methodologies and computing tools to capture, analyze, and integrate business process and data design by applying expert and practical knowledge of all aspects of process management.
- Works directly with managers to scope, plan, and establish business process direction and strategies; business process subject matter experts to actively develop and maintain business process architecture; vendors to evaluate and acquire methods and tools; and the information technology organization to ensure that business process designs define computing system requirements.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Bachelors degree with 6-9 years of relevant experience or Masters degree with 4-7 years of experience. Will consider more experience without higher education.
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
- Experience working with large datasets and deriving insight.
Technical
Skills:
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Lean DNA)
- Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and advanced formulas.
- Strong statistical and analytical skills.
- Ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Experience with predictive modeling and machine learning is a plus.
- Ability to communicate data-driven insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience working cross-functionally with teams such as marketing, finance, or operations.
- SAP experience.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary Pay Range - Mid-Level (Level
3): $78,650 - $120,600
