Senior SAP Payroll Consultant – Europe (Remote / Hybrid)About the Company

The company is seeking a Senior SAP Payroll Consultant to support projects across multiple European countries. This is a client-facing role requiring both functional expertise and leadership capability. The consultant will play a key role in designing, implementing, and optimising SAP Payroll solutions within multinational environments.

• Lead or support SAP Payroll implementations across different European markets.

• Configure and maintain SAP HR modules (PA/OM/PY/TM).

• Provide expert input on multi-country payroll design and compliance.

• Work closely with clients to identify needs, propose solutions, and ensure delivery excellence.

• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge-sharing across the team.

• Significant experience in SAP Payroll (PY) configuration and rollout projects.

• Exposure to multi-country payroll environments within Europe.

• Strong understanding of HR and time management integration points.

• Excellent stakeholder management and consulting skills.

• Fluent in English; additional European languages (French, Dutch, or German) are an asset.

• Flexible to travel occasionally within Europe (client-dependent).
