Required Skills
- Siemens Teamcenter PLM (architecture, components, admin)
- Modules:
Workflow, Structure Manager, Change Management, Access Management - Unix/Linux and Windows environments
- Oracle / SQL Server basics
- ITIL processes and ITSM tools (Service Now/Remedy)
- Incident, problem, and change management handling
- L2/L3 support for Teamcenter users
- Troubleshooting of application, data, and workflow issues
- System monitoring (stability, performance, availability)
- Incident/service request resolution via ITSM tools
- Root cause analysis and permanent fixes
- Support upgrades, patches, hotfixes, releases
- Regression and UAT testing
- Data migration and validation support
- Provide L2 support: user admin (roles/groups), incident resolution, escalation handling
- Coordinate with Siemens GTAC for IRs/PRs
- Ensure all changes follow approved change control process
- Provide L3 support: complex issue resolution and RCA
- Plan and execute releases, patches, and maintenance activities
- Support deployment and production fixes
