Data Analyst​/Five9 Administrator

We are looking for a hands-on
Data Analyst with Five9 experience
to support our call center operations in Wichita.

This role is ideal for someone who can do more than pull reports. We need a person who can work inside Five9, understand how the dialer is performing, manage and review campaigns, identify trends, and turn data into clear recommendations for leadership.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Extracting and analyzing Five9 reports
• Building recurring performance reports and dashboards
• Reviewing agent, campaign, call-volume and conversion trends
• Managing or supporting outbound campaigns, queues and dialer settings
• Identifying gaps in call distribution, productivity and campaign performance
• Analyzing agent states, talk time, available time and after-call work
• Helping leadership understand what the data means and what action should be taken
• Supporting data accuracy between Five9, Service Titan and other reporting sources
• Documenting reporting and dialer-management processes

We are especially interested in candidates with experience in:

• Five9 VCC
• Five9 reporting and administration
• Outbound dialer or campaign management
• Call center or contact center analytics
• Excel, Power Query, Power BI or SQL
• KPI dashboards and performance trending
• CRM and contact center integrations
• Service Titan experience is a plus

This is an
on-site position in Wichita, Kansas
. The right person will be analytical, curious, organized and comfortable working directly with call center leadership to solve operational problems.
