Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Support Consultant

We are looking for a Dynamics 365 ERP F&O Support Consultant to join our head office in Austin, TX. In this role, you'll become the trusted partner for our 5+ entities across North America, ensuring one of our core values Customer is number 1 is at the heart of your work. As part of our North America IT Team, you'll get the freedom and responsibility to use your experience, analytical skills, and innovative mindset to keep our ERP environment running smoothly and push it to the next level.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the stability, functionality, and optimization of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O system
  • Act as the go-to contact for troubleshooting, enhancements, and continuous improvements
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, end-users, and stakeholders across EMEA
  • Support change management initiatives and contribute to global ERP projects

Basic Qualifications

• Higher professional or university-level education (IT or related field preferred)
  • 2+ years of experience in a F&O related work
  • Strong skills in supporting and troubleshooting Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O / Supply Chain Management
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 F&O (a plus)
  • Experience with WMS and Manufacturing modules (a plus)
