About the jobWe are looking for a Dynamics 365 ERP F&O Support Consultant to join our head office in Austin, TX. In this role, youll become the trusted partner for our 5+ entities across North America, ensuring one of our core values Customer is number 1 is at the heart of your work. Responsibility To Use Your Experience, Analytical Skills, And Innovativemindset to keep our ERP environment running smoothly and push it to the next level.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain the stability, functionality, and optimization of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O system
- Act as the go‑to contact for troubleshooting, enhancements, and continuous improvements
- Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams, end‑users, and stakeholders across EMEA
- Support change management initiatives and contribute to global ERP projects
- Higher professional or university-level education (IT or related field preferred)
- 2+ years of experience in a F&O related work
- Strong skills in supporting and troubleshooting Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O / Supply Chain Management
- Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills
- Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 F&O (a plus)
- Experience with WMS and Manufacturing modules (a plus)
