Description of Work
ENCSD is recruiting for an Administrative Officer that will function as the Digital Systems & Learning Coordinator. This position will be responsible for Student Information System (SIS) coordination and reporting, staff training and digital systems onboarding, policy development support and compliance coordination, technology procurement and E-Rate process support and cross-department systems alignment and workflow optimization across departments. This role functions as a liaison between instructional staff, administration, and IT to ensure accurate data management, consistent system use, and alignment with policies and regulatory requirements.

Job duties include but are not limited to:
- Student Information System (SIS) Coordination
- Coordinate and support SIS usage across the organization
- Ensure accuracy, integrity, and consistency of student data
- Develop and maintain reports for internal and external use
- Train staff on system use and data entry procedures
- Support continuous improvement of system processes
- Design and deliver professional development on digital tools
- Develop onboarding and ongoing training resources
- Provide guidance on appropriate use of digital technologies
- Support procurement processes for technology resources
- Assist with vendor coordination and product evaluation
- Support E-rate processes and documentation requirements
- Policy Research, Development, Implementation & Compliance
- Coordinate and support the research, development, and implementation of institutional policies
- Support leadership in policy governance processes
- Develop and maintain staff, student, and family handbooks
- Design training systems to support policy understanding
- Monitor implementation of policies and procedures
- Track policy review cycles and coordinate updates
- Analyze effectiveness of procedures and recommend improvements
- Training and Compliance
- Develop and deliver compliance-related training
- Monitor adherence to established policies and procedures
- Support audit preparation and documentation
- Assist in ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements
- Systems Coordination & Operational Support
- Identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency
Minimum Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree from an appropriately accredited institution and three years of experience in information systems, education or administrative management; or an equivalent combination of education and experience with at least 5-7 years of progressive experience in data systems coordination, staff training/professional development, technology coordination or support and policy development and compliance.
