• Agency Ownership Preparation: Successfully complete a course designed to refresh and deepen knowledge of Farmers Insurance products, services, and business operations.
• Operational Support: Work directly with a District Manager and Agency Business Consultant to understand the operational, financial, and managerial aspects of running a successful Farmers Insurance agency.
• Business Development: Build and maintain relationships with clients, focusing on offering customized insurance solutions. Promote Farmers Insurance products to potential customers, contributing to sales growth and market expansion.
• Ongoing Education & Support: Take advantage of continuing education opportunities and support programs from Farmers Insurance to stay updated on industry trends, product changes, and business best practices.

• Ability to obtain A Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
• Ability to obtain A Life & Health Insurance license is required.
