The ideal candidate should have over 15 years of property & casualty experience, a relevant Bachelor's degree, and exceptional leadership and communication skills. Responsibilities include managing teams, building client relationships, and contributing to risk management strategies.

This role offers a salary range of $170K to $250K with a bonus target of 20%.
