NORC at the University of Chicago is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Spanish/English) to conduct telephone interviews in our on-site NORC call center in Wichita, KS. This role involves no sales pressure or quotas and contributes to policy-relevant research.
Ideal candidates will be fluent in Spanish and English, have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and be available for a flexible part-time schedule including evenings, weeknights and weekends.
