Police Officer

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Wichita, Kansas Metropolitan Area for a Police Officer. As a Police Officer, you will enforce local, state, and federal laws to ensure public safety and order within the community. Responsibilities include patrolling designated areas, responding to emergencies, conducting investigations, collecting evidence, collaborating with community members, and preparing detailed reports. You will also engage in proactive crime prevention efforts, provide assistance to individuals in need, and maintain open communication with the public while upholding the highest standards of ethics and professionalism.

• Experience in law enforcement, including Police Officer, patrol, and safety duties
• Knowledge of criminal investigations and handling evidence
• Proficient understanding of police policies, procedures, and legal standards
• Strong communication, decision‑making, and problem‑solving abilities
• Physical fitness and the ability to meet necessary physical requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice or a related field is preferred
• Completion of law enforcement academy training with proper certification
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Demonstrated commitment to serving and protecting the community
