Litigation Attorney

We are growing and looking for attorneys with litigation experience to join our team in our Wichita office! (We are also open to discussing interest in our Topeka or Kansas City offices.)

DeVaughn James Injury Lawyers is the largest personal injury law firm in Kansas, and we continue to experience rapid growth across five office locations in Kansas and Missouri. • Manage active litigation files
• Appear in court
• Draft legal documents
• Conduct mediations
• Take depositions
• Serve as lead counsel at trial

• Litigation experience (all levels considered; extensive experience required for the high end of the salary range)
• Active Kansas bar license (dual Kansas and Missouri licensure required for Kansas City office)

Salary range: $120,000 - $300,000 per year, based on litigation and trial experience, qualifications, and earnings.
