PURPOSE OF POSITION:
To provide assistance in dock area loading, unloading, and moving merchandise. To fulfill mission statement .

Work with individuals who have disabilities and or barriers to employment and participate in the achievement of their goals. Demonstrate a positive, role model. Display commitment and involvement towards Goodwill's mission.

COMPETENCIES:

Answers donation door greets customers and unloads donations. Sorts donations for in-house storage and load material for store deliveries. Moves materials in or out of the warehouse and operates trash compactor. Cleans work area.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Donation door mustbe answered in a professional manner and within 10 seconds.
• Locate unloaded material in proper placesin warehouse .
• To load material for store deliveries and make deliveries.
• To move materials in or out of warehouse,as required.
• Move trashto compactor asneeded.
• Cleans dock area during last 7minutes of workday.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Adhere to all safety policies and reports violations.
• Supportmission statement and activities of other departments.
• Support the accessibility of our services and facilities free of architectural, attitudinal, environmental, financial, communication,transportation,employmentandother barriers to person with disabilities and barriers to employment.
• Adhere to allethical standard and confidentiality of records.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
