Job Description:
As a Warehouse Operations Associate, you will ensure the efficient operation of our Warehouse/Supplies department with a strong focus on both internal and external customer service. In addition to managing daily warehouse operations, you will play a key role in assembling printers and providing support for delivery tasks as needed. This position is designed for someone with solid industry experience who is looking to transition into a more hands‑on, onsite role within a family‑owned company that values employee growth and development.
Responsibilities- Maintain high safety standards, keep a clean and organized workspace, and ensure a secure working environment
- Oversee shipping, receiving, inventory control, and comprehensive product delivery and return processes
- Assemble printers with accuracy and attention to quality
- Perform cycle counts, manage dead stock inventory, and handle supply orders and restocking of shelves
- Support delivery driving on an occasional basis as required
- Process warranty claims and related tasks efficiently
- Proven experience in a warehouse or related industry
- Experience with printer assembly is a plus
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Competence in inventory management and control
- Effective problem‑solving abilities
