Tillie’s Flower Shop is a family owned and operated florist serving the Greater Wichita Area since 1876. It is the second oldest business in Wichita. Our mission is to put smiles on faces with flowers, plants and products of beauty and exceed our customer’s expectations. We have been named Wichita’s best florist every year.

We are currently seeking dedicated, self‑motivated individuals for the role of Floral Delivery Driver.

• Efficiently and effectively deliver Tillie’s Flowers products, including floral arrangements, plant material, large vases, party and event set‑ups to residential and business sites.
• Maintain product quality, accuracy, professional presentation and service at all times.
• Quickly troubleshoot issues and support customer questions using judgment, knowledge and internal resources.
• Manage time and meet all delivery priority time requirements.
• Greet recipients, be courteous and respectful during deliveries.
• Check condition of every delivery to ensure flowers are fresh with no breakage and all additional items (chocolate, plush, balloons) are attached.
• Maintain van cleanliness and orderly appearance inside and outside.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, free of violations.
• Good knowledge of the Greater Wichita area; able to use GPS and Tillie’s mobile POS delivery and navigation computer system.
• Strong interpersonal skills and high level of enthusiasm and self‑motivation.
• Excellent prioritizing, multi‑tasking, and self‑directed skills.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds.
• Must be able to pass random drug screening and criminal background checks.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Flexible work schedule required; weekend availability including Sundays.
• Peak business periods will require extended work days and work weeks.
• We expect employees to arrive neat, groomed and in the required uniform.
