Join National Dentex, a leading healthcare organization specializing in the dental industry. We offer a full spectrum of specialized products, services, and technologies to address any dental restoration need. We have several labs throughout the country and are hiring the following position:
Data Entry Shipping & Receiving at NDX Pearce Turk in Wichita, KS
.

Hours
: 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday (subject to change). Full‑time with benefits: health, dental, vision, disability, life insurance; paid holidays, vacation, sick time; 401(k) company contribution; and tuition reimbursement.

Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions of the Position
  • Perform basic functions of Shipping and Receiving, including scheduling and invoicing cases.
  • Daily opening and disinfection of incoming cases per SOP.
  • Case entry for all Business Unit cases.
  • Pack all Business Unit cases.
  • Process shipments through Fed Ex Ship Manager and UPS World Ship.
  • Prepare and sort paperwork by Business Unit for scanning.
  • Enter and print doctor supplies for fulfillment.
  • Follow Technical Team Policies to ensure consistent and accurate results.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned.

  • Typing 35 words per minute (applicable).
Minimum Education and Experience Required
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent (preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Strong time management and goal‑oriented focus.
  • Willingness to learn and quality decision making.
  • Problem‑solving and clear communication skills.
Hazardous Materials or Equipment Used
  • Box cutters.
  • Knives.
Physical Requirements
  • Required to sit, stand, walk, and/or reach for long periods.
  • Perform repetitive motions and exhibit fine motor skills.
  • Good hand‑eye coordination.
  • Repeated bending and kneeling.
  • Depth perception, attention to detail, and color vision.
  • Push, pull, lift, or carry up to 60 pounds.
  • Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
