Lead Commodity Manager – Corporate Services

Responsibilities

• Execute and develop category strategies for corporate functions
• Lead end-to-end sourcing initiatives including RFPs, supplier negotiations, and contracting
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to align sourcing solutions
• Identify cost savings and improve working capital through supplier consolidation
• Manage supplier relationships and performance including SLAs and KPIs
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and legal requirements
• Track and report on savings initiatives and sourcing pipeline activity
• Monitor market trends and innovation in corporate services to inform strategies

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 8+ years of work experience in Procurement, Sourcing, Supply Chain
• Requires Indirect Sourcing experience
• Requires experience with Corporate Spend categories
• Ability to work effectively with various levels of the organization and external vendors
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivated with independent and team working ability
• Ability to travel domestically (5-10%)
